Dr. Chen Decheng is Director of the Natural Acupuncture Health Center in New York, President of the American Society for TCM Acupuncture Heritage, Director of the New York Acupuncture Transmission Base of the World Federation of Acupuncture, Vice Chair of the External Therapy Techniques Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, and an Executive Member of the World Federation of Acupuncture. He holds two patents for Dynamic Needle Therapy. Dr. Chen earned his BSc and MSc from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and his PhD from Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. After graduation he served as Associate Chief Physician at the Acupuncture Research Institute of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. Since moving to the U.S. in 2001, he has amassed over 30 years of clinical acupuncture experience, authored 17 monographs (including "Unique Point Therapy in Chinese Acupuncture," "Opposite Point Therapy in Chinese Acupuncture," "Chinese Acupuncture for Cosmetic Anti-Aging," and "Dynamic Needle Therapy"), and published more than 100 influential papers. He now promotes and teaches Dynamic Needle Therapy worldwide.

Professor Wang Fuchun is a doctoral supervisor and national leading talent (Qihuang Scholar) in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He serves as a key discipline leader for the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, reviewer for the State Science and Technology Progress Award, and academic inheritance instructor for two cohorts of national eminent TCM experts. A recipient of numerous honors (including national Outstanding Educator and Jilin Province Category B Talent), he is a Changbai Mountain Distinguished Professor and recognized for outstanding contributions to TCM in Jilin Province. Formerly Dean of the School of Acupuncture and Tuina, Director of the Acupuncture Research Institute, and Director of the Clinical Acupuncture Center at the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of TCM, he currently serves as Vice Chair of the University’s Academic Committee; Chair of the Acupoint Application Committee of the Chinese Acupuncture Society; Vice Chair of the External Therapy Techniques Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies; Vice Chair of the Science & Technology Committee of the World Federation of Acupuncture; Executive Director of the Chinese Acupuncture Society; President of the Jilin Provincial Acupuncture Society; and President of the Jilin Provincial Sleep Research Association. He sits on the editorial boards of Chinese Acupuncture, Acupuncture Research, and Chinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is an expert board member of the World Chinese Digestive Journal.
